In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we strive to provide you with the best possible products.  But you have the option in case our product does not suit you, or the color is not the one you want, you can return your extension within 30 days of your purchase.

You will be entitled to free color exchanges, or at worst send us a photo of the color you want or even one of your old strands of extensions.

Please understand that for obvious reasons of hygiene and safety, we will not accept returns of modified hair extensions, cuts…

Important: Please check the color and length before removing the extensions from their packaging. If the extensions have been removed from their packaging, matted or simply unfit for resale, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/refund.

Quick Care Guide

To take better care of your hair and extensions, please remember these tips:

You must never:

Brush wet hair. This will remove the extensions
Do you have hair every day – use a dry shampoo if necessary
Use conditioner near roots and bonds
Use coconut oil products on your extensions. Argan oil products are OK.
Dye or treat hair within 36 hours of application.
Tie your hair back within a week of application. Your hair and roots need time to adjust to their new style. Pulling and pulling can damage your hair and extensions.

If possible and always:

• Use a sulfate-free shampoo
  Use alcohol-free hair products
  Use a good detangling brush or paddle brush
  Avoid applying heat or styling tools to your roots and extension ties.
  Braid loosely or gather your hair into a pony at bedtime.
  Use a heat protectant when styling your hair
  Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing your hair. 36 hours is even better
